Los parametros analizados fueron la composicion porcentual de acidos grasos, el contenido de esteroles, la cantidad de riboflavina presente en las muestras y el contenido de los elementos ca, mg, k, na y zn de los productos analizados.  otra parte fundamental de la investigacion llevada a cabo, consistio en determinar la evolucion de los parametros mencionados, a lo largo de un periodo en el que las muestras se almacenaron en condiciones de refrigeracion. Este estudio se realizo sobre la composicion porcentual de acidos grasos, el contenido de esteroles y la cantidad de riboflavina presente en las muestras.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
