La reaccion de (ni(c6f5)2(phcn)2) con iminofosfinas que se obtienen por condensacion del difenilfosfino benzaldehido como aminas, conduce a la formacion de nuevos bis (pentafluorofenil)-derivados de ni (ii) con ligandos n, p-dadores. Por otra parte, se utiliza el hidroxo-complejo (nbu4)2 ((ni(c6f5)2(u-oh)2) como precursor en la obtencion de ariloxo- y tiolato-complejos de ni (ii) dimeros y monomeros. Finalmente, se utilizan los clorocomplejos de niquel (ii) mencionados anteriormente en la sintesis de nuevos organoderivados monomeros de niquel (ii) con ligandos ariloxo, tiolatos y ditiocarbamato.  se han obtenido 127 nuevos organoderivados metalicos que se han caracterizado por metodos analiticos, espectroscopicos (ir, rmn-1h, -19f, -31p), espectrometria de masas (fab) y difraccion de rayos x
