Por eleccion del adecuado sustrato es posible acceder a macroazaheterociclos con una o dos agrupaciones carbodiimida.  algunos de estos productos han sido objeto de un minucioso estudio conformacional mediante espectroscopia de resonancia magnetica nuclear de proton, calculos semiempiricos y de mecanica molecular.  asimismo, se han sintetizado y analizado productos del tipo 2,4-diimino-1,3-diazetidinas y bis (guanidinas) macrociclicas, siendo estos ultimos compuestos de gran interes en el reconocimiento molecular.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
