Tenes Hernandez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta tesis doctoral se presenta y resuelve un nuevo modelo de difusion-reaccion para sistemas con enzimas inmovilizadas en particulas esfericas porosas y cinetica de michaelis-menten reversible.El modelo reduce de tres a tan solo dos el numero de modulos adimensionales necesarios para el calculo del factor de eficacia en tales sistemas, lo que se traduce en la posibilidad de presentar, en una sola grafica, el comportamiento general del sistema en cualquier situacion cinetico-difusional.Asimismo, se ha optimizado el metodo de solucion de las ecuaciones diferenciales del modelo, estableciendo el procedimiento de calculo numerico mas fiable y que requiere menos recursos de ordenador y tiempo de c.P.U.Finalmente, y como una alternativa abreviada a la solucion exacta, se presenta una solucion cuasi-analitica obtenida por linearizacion de la ecuacion diferencial.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
