Se estudian parametros de microscopia optica y electronica asi como determinacion de mda en tejido muscular y ck en sangre venosa. Resultados: la reperfusion incremento el da\u00f1o producido por la isquemia cuando esta tenia una duracion de tres horas. La administracion de sod-cat en el grupo de isquemia de tres horas y reperfusion de una hora mejoro significativamente los parametros ultraestructurales asi como la concentracion de mda tisular. El parametro que mas fielmente reflejaba el da\u00f1o muscular fue la microscopia electronica.
