Hemos investigado en un modelo animal si tras periodos de isquemia conocidos aumentaba el grado tisular en el momento de la reperfusion. Tambien si la superoxido dismutasa (eliminador de radicales libres) disminuia, inyectada momentos antes las lesiones causadas por la reoxigenacion. En ratas wistar macho aislamos un colgajo muscular sobre su pediculo. Realizamos siete series de seis animales cada una.  como parametros de lesion utilizamos los siguientes:  medicion de cpk plasmatica, cuantificacion de mda tisular, alteraciones histologicas y ultraestructurales.  hemos comprobado que la sdo reduce, significativamente, las alteraciones histologicas y ultraestructurales en los grupos sometidos a reperfusion. La concentracion de cpk tambien disminuye pero, solo significativamente, en el grupo de reperfusion corta.
