Para la concentracion por congelacion se estudio la influencia del flujo de alimentacion, la concentracion de las disoluciones y el tiempo de operacion dadas unas condiciones de temperatura. Para la osmosis inversa se analizaron los parametros de velocidad de alimentacion, temperatura, presion y concentracion de la disolucion.  se ha realizado una comparacion economica entre las dos tecnicas de concentracion. Para una produccion determinada se han estimado los costes del inmovilizado necesarios y los gastos de operaciones en ambas opciones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
