El objetivo del presente trabajo ha consistido en el estudio y analisis de diversos alimentos que son consumidos habitualmente por la poblacion infantil, haciendo especial hincapie en el conocimiento del tipo y composicion de la fraccion lipodica que contienen, con el fin de relacionar la posible incidencia de estos alimentos con la casuistica actual de hipercolesterolemia existente en dicha poblacion.  los alimentos estudiados fueron: alimentos de hamburgueserias, aperitivos, pastelitos y galletas, en los que para hacer una evaluacion nutricional de los mismos hemos determinado los siguientes parametros:  principios inmediatos, valor energetico, composicion en acidos grasos, presencia de isomeros trans y contenido de colesterol.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de
