{"id":13512,"date":"2018-03-09T08:59:49","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T08:59:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/conformado-de-materiales-ceramicos-por-gelificacion-termica-de-polisacaridos\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T08:59:49","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T08:59:49","slug":"conformado-de-materiales-ceramicos-por-gelificacion-termica-de-polisacaridos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/conformado-de-materiales-ceramicos-por-gelificacion-termica-de-polisacaridos\/","title":{"rendered":"Conformado de materiales cer\u00e1micos por gelificaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica de polisac\u00e1ridos"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Millan Miranda Arnaldo Jose <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En el presente trabajo se efect\u00faa un estudio de los procesos de conformado de piezas cer\u00e1micas de al2o3 y si3n4 aprovechando las propiedades gelificantes de una serie de polisac\u00e1ridos (agar, agarosa y carragenato), con especial \u00e9nfasis en los procesos de moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n a baja presi\u00f3n y colado en moldes met\u00e1licos, como una v\u00eda para la obtenci\u00f3n de piezas complejas con acabado casi final (nns).  tras la caracterizaci\u00f3n de todos los materiales, se realiza un estudio del comportamiento reol\u00f3gico de las suspensiones de al2o3 y si3n4 a diferentes temperaturas y tiempos de envejecimiento y de los aditivos gelificantes a distintos valores ph, velocidad de cizalla y ciclos de calentamiento-enfriamiento, para terminar con la caracterizaci\u00f3n reol\u00f3gica de las mezclas suspensi\u00f3n\/polisac\u00e1rido. el estudio de la influencia de los diferentes par\u00e1metros en las propiedades de los materiales conformados, ha permitido establecer una metodolog\u00eda de trabajo, optimizar el proceso, obtener piezas de manera fiable y proponer el carragenato como un nuevo aditivo gelificante-consolidante. Por \u00faltimo, la caracterizaci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica de las piezas en verde de muestra la influencia del tipo de aditivo, su concentraci\u00f3n y la forma de adicionarlo y pone de relieve las elevadas resistencias obtenidas, lo que confirma su aplicaci\u00f3n prevista.
