{"id":135152,"date":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/diseno-y-modelizacion-de-un-equipo-de-tratamiento-integral-por-intercambio-ionico-de-los-efluentes-de-una-planta-de-galvanizado\/"},"modified":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"diseno-y-modelizacion-de-un-equipo-de-tratamiento-integral-por-intercambio-ionico-de-los-efluentes-de-una-planta-de-galvanizado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-tecnologicas\/diseno-y-modelizacion-de-un-equipo-de-tratamiento-integral-por-intercambio-ionico-de-los-efluentes-de-una-planta-de-galvanizado\/","title":{"rendered":"Dise\u00f1o y modelizacion de un equipo de tratamiento integral por intercambio ionico de los efluentes de una planta de galvanizado."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Francisco Suarez Dominguez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Dentro de la industria de tratamiento de metales y en particular, en la industria del galvanizado, uno de los principales problemas que se plantea es la regeneracion y gestion de residuos liquidos.En el caso concreto de la galvanizacion, estos residuos provienen basicamente de los ba\u00f1os acidos agotados de decapado empleados en el tratamiento de las superficies previo a la galvanizacion, y de las aguas de lavado y enjuague utilizadas en las distintas fases del proceso.En la presente tesis se pretende dise\u00f1ar y modelizar y equipo de tratamiento integral de los efluentes de una planta de galvanizado mediante la tecnica de intercambio ionico.Para ello se procede a caracterizar estos efluentes y a la realizacion de ensayos experimentales con las resinas de intercambio mas adecuadas (lewatit m-504, mp-500, sp-112 y amberlite ir-120).A partir de los resultados obtenidos se propone una solucion de tratamiento integral, consistente en tratar los ba\u00f1os acidos mediante resinas anionicas y las aguas de lavado mediante resinas cationicas. Asimismo se procede al dise\u00f1o y modelizacion de la planta de tratamiento a escala real y su implantacion dentro del proceso productivo de galvanizado, estudiandose tanto la viabilidad tecnica
