Elena <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Hemos clonado y caracterizado un cdna que codifica el receptor trkc en pollo; cuya expresion ectopica da lugar a una proteina de tama\u00f1o aparente 145 kda, que se autofosforila en tirosina tras estimulacion con nt-3.  hemos generado un anticuerpo policlonal anti trkc especifico con el cual se ha determinado la expresion de esta proteina en la medula espinal lumbar de embriones e6-e10. La expresion varia espacial y temporalmente restringiendose conforme avanza el proceso de maduracion.  hemos caracterizado la respuesta neurotrofica a bdnf, nt-3 y nt-4 de las motoneuronas embrionarias espinales in vitro, que adquieren la capacidad de supervivencia tras dos o tres dias en cultivo en presencia de extracto muscula.
