La frecuencia de reordenamientos de trk en tumores papilares de tiroides, procedentes tanto de espa\u00f1a como de francia, es baja. La caracterizacion molecular de los puntos de ruptura de dos reordenamientos de trk, originados en un tumor de colon y en un carcinoma papilar de tiroides respectivamente, ha mostrado la presencia de inserciones y deleciones de nucleotidos en los mismos, asi como de diversos motivos asociados a fenomenos de recombinacion. En ambos casos de trata de reordenamientos de trk con el gen tpm3 de tropomiosina, cuyos productos tienen capacidad transformante, demostrando su expresion especifica de celulas tumorales en el caso del tumor de tiroides.  ademas, el tumor de colon en el que se aislo el oncogen trk presenta fenomenos de inestabilidad de microsatelites e inactivacion de al menos uno de los alelos del gen tgfbrii,
