Francisca <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha desarrollado un modelo de efectos mixtos para el aclaramiento de carbamacepina (farmaco antiepileptico), en ni\u00f1os epilepticos a partir de datos obtenidos como parte de la monitorizacion de niveles plasmaticos. El analisis se ha llevado a cabo utilizando el programa nonmem (nonlinear mixed effects model) instalado en un pc bajo sistema operativo ms-dos. Se ha analizado la influencia de la edad, sexo, peso, dosis diaria administrada y tratamiento concomitante con fenobarbital y acido valproico. El modelo final obtenido, con el que se consigue explicar un 54,6% de la variabilidad interindividual (error proporcional) y un 6,7% de la residual (modelo aditivo) incluye el peso, la edad, la dosis diaria y la asociacion con fenobarbital como variables con influencia sobre el aclaramiento del farmaco.
