Hemos aislado el gen yilipi mediante tecnicas de pcr a partir de adn genomico. Se ha construido una estirpe de y.  lipolytica con yilipi deleccionado que presenta su actividad lipasica inferior a la de la estirpe silvestre.  la expresion heterologa de la proteina codificada por el gen yilipi en saccharomyces cerevisiae y kluyveromyces lactis da lugar a una proteina funcional con actividad lipasica.  la actividad d-aminoacido oxidasica de la levadura trigonopsis variabilis esta codificada por el gen tvdaoi, aislado por nosotros mediante tecnicas de pcr. La expresion del gen tvdaoi es constitutiva, independiente de la presencia de d-aminoacidos en el medio de cultivo.  postulamos la existencia de otro modo de regulacion postranscripcional, puesto que se habia detectado el aumento de la actividad d-aminoacido oxidasica de esta levadura en presencia de sustratos tipicos de esta enzima. La expresion heterologa de tvdaoip en s.  cerevisiae y k. Lactis da lugar a una proteina funcional con actividad d-aminoacido oxidasica, obteniendose niveles de actividad mayores a los registrados en t.  variabilis.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
