Luz <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Tras realizar un estudio histoquimico de la expresion de nadph-diaforasa en el npvdel hipotalamo de rata albina macho, tanto en condiciones de normalidad, como trasestados que alteran los niveles circulantes de testosterona (castracion y criptorquidia), se observo:  1.-Que la tecnica de la nadph-diaforasa sirve para visualizar las poblaciones neuro nales del npv, especialmente las magnocelulares.   2.-La expresion de nadph-diaforasa es muy estable en el npv y su localizacion es constante en los grupos de animales utilizados.   3.-Despues de castracion y criptorquidia, las poblaciones neuronales nadph-diaforasa positivas, modifican sus caracteristicas morfologicas, lo cual indica un alto grado plasticidad del sistema.  4.-Castracion y criptorquidia inducen cambios que indican hiperactividad en las tres poblaciones neuronales del npv (magnocelular, parvicelular y mediocelular).   5.- Las modificaciones que se observaron en los estados experimentales, desaparecen con tratamiento de testosterona, lo cual sugiere que esteroide es el responsable de dichos cambios y que logicamente ejerce una accion inhibitoria sobre la expresion\/ funcionamiento del enzima que sintetiza el oxido nitrico a nivel de las neuronas del npv.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Expresion de nadph-diaforasa en el nucleo paraventricular del hipotalamo tras modificaciones de la esfera gonadal.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Expresion de nadph-diaforasa en el nucleo paraventricular del hipotalamo tras modificaciones de la esfera gonadal. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Herrera San Millan M.
