{"id":135251,"date":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/hipersensibilidad-alergica-a-moluscos-aspectos-clinicos-e-inmunologicos\/"},"modified":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"hipersensibilidad-alergica-a-moluscos-aspectos-clinicos-e-inmunologicos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/hipersensibilidad-alergica-a-moluscos-aspectos-clinicos-e-inmunologicos\/","title":{"rendered":"Hipersensibilidad alergica a moluscos. aspectos clinicos e inmunologicos."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Elena Laffond Yges <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se evaluaron 39 pacientes, con edades entre 10-53 a\u00f1os, 28 varones y 11 mujeres, diagnosticados de alergia a mariscos mediante historia clinica, prick-test positivo y deteccion de ige especifica, a los que se realizo:1) evaluacion clinica, 2) test cutaneos en prick; 3) ige total; 4) ige especifica; 5) inhibicion de la union de ige especifica; 6) inmunodeteccion de los componentes alergenicos (sds-page e inmunoblotting). Se incluyeron asi mismo 43 controles, tanto de referencia negativos mo positivos.  resultados: la mayoria de los pacientes fueron atopicos, con frecuencia presentaron polisensibilizacion a neumoalergenos y padecian asma. Las manifestaciones clinicas de las reacciones fueron preferentemente dermatologicas con elevada frecuencia de asma por ingestion e inhalacion. En el 61% aparecieron manifestaciones por contacto y\/o inhalacion. Las especies implicadas con mayor frecuencia fueron gamba, calamar y langostino. La situacion clinica mas frecuente fue la sensibilizacion a moluscos y crustaceos, seguida de la hipersensibilidad aialada a crustaceos. La alergia aislada a moluscos marinos resulto excepcional. Los test cutaneos e ige especifica, entre los que ha existido una buena correlacion, no demostraron diferencias importantes en la capacidad alergenica de las 7 especies de moluscos y las 3 de crustaceos, se encontro un elevado grado de alergenos de los moluscos tenian unpeso molecular de 36-45 kda. En los extrastos de los 3 cefalopodos se identificaron otros alergenos menores de peso molecular inferior a 20 kda. Ptercnyssinos (97.5%), b. Germanica (90%), anisakis (72%) y v.  germanica (66%). Se demostro reactividad de moluscos y crustaceos con las 3 ultimas especies y de crustaceos con d.
