Jes\u00fas <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta memoria presentamos un estudio microscopico del transporte en heterouniones si\/si1-xgex submicrometricas limitando el valor de la fraccion de germanio a valores (iguales o inferiores a 0.3) compatibles con la tecnolog\u00eda. Nuestro objetivo es doble. En primer lugar, estudio de las propiedades electricas de la heterounion para conocer los mecanismos que limitan la corriente en bajo y alto nivel de inyeccion. Y en segundo lugar, dado que los transistores bipolares de heterounion estan destinados a operar a muy altas frecuencias (microondas y ondas milimetricas) debemos establecer el origen de los fenomenos de ruido en material y dispositivo susceptibles de dificultar su aplicacion en cirtucitos.  el analisis ha sido estruturado en las siguientes fases.  en la primera estudiamos los materiales que seran empleados en estructuras. Estaremos interesados tanto en las propiedades del transporte como en el origen de las fluctuaciones de la velocidad. En la segunda, hemos estudiado estructuras unipolares (n+nn+ y p+pp+) para analizar los efectos de inhomogeneidades sobre el transporte y el ruido.
