Soledad <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se realiza el estudio de los contaminantes organicos, hidrocarburos alifaticos aromaticos y bifelnilos policlorados y contenido metalico en la especie endemica \u00abfula blanca\u00bb chromis limbatus de la isla de tenerife.Los aportes mas relevantes de la presente tesis son los metodos analiticos para la determinacion de los siguientes metales: ca, mg, na, k, mn, co, pb, cr, fe, zn, cu, cd, ni y v. Y para la extraccion y determinacion cuantitativa y cualitativa de los contaminantes organicos: hidrocarburos aligaticos, hidrocarburos arometicos y bifenilos policlorados y principalmente, el estudio de limpieza de muestras (clean-up), haciendo uso de la tecnica de separacion de cromatografia liquida utilizando florisil como fase estacionaria, obteniendose por separado los principales grupos de sustancias organicas: n-alcanos, hidrocarburos alifaticos y bifenilos policlorados. Posteriormente se realiza el estudio descriptivo de los contaminantes inorganicos y organicos en las muestras de agallas, higado y musculos.  la aplicacion de tecnicas multivariante: analisis de componentes principales y analisis de factores permite reafirmar la diferencia de las caracteristicas y de la capacidad de respuesta que presentan los distintos organos de chromis limbatus frente a la contaminacion organica e inorganica.
