Bego\u00f1a <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Las fibras opticas constituyen una herramienta poderosa en astrofisica. Los resultados obtenidos en esta tesis demuestran la gran utilidad que los sistemas de fibras opticas tienen en los estudios espectroscopicos bidimensionales de galaxias. Se ha realizado un estudio en profundidad de la galaxia seyfert 2 mas brillante y cercana (ngc, 1068) haciendo uso de esta nueva tecnica instrumental. Este trabajo presenta nuevos e interesantes resultados sobre el origen de la actividad en ngc 1068 obtenidos a traves del estudio de las cinematicas estelar y gaseosa, asi como de las condiciones fisicas a las que esta sometido el gas en los 24&#8243;\u00bb x 20&#8243;\u00bb internos de la galaxia.  el campo de velocidad estelar, obtenido a traves de las lineas del triplete del caii en el ir cercano, presenta un descentramiento entre las regiones interna (r menor que 3&#8243;\u00bb) y externa (r mayor que 5&#8243;\u00bb), lo que indica un potencial gravitatorio no simetrico cuyo origen hemos atribuido a la presencia de dos sistemas estelares en la region central de la galaxia. La velocidad sistemica de ambos sistemas estelares es similar, estando sus ejes menores cinematicos orientados en la direccion norte (angulo de posicion =0 grados). No obstante, sus centros cinematicos estan desplazados = 2&#8243;\u00bb.5. El origen de esta peculiaridad es discutido en base al potencial gravitatorio de la galaxia y a la hipotesis de un fenomeno de captura de una galaxia satelite en la historia pasada de ngc 1068. Esta hipotesis esta basada, ademas de en el campo de velocidad estelar obtenido, en otras evidencias estructurales de la galaxia.  la estructura de ionizacion obtenida haciendo uso del cociente (oiii)\/hb es compatible con una morfolog\u00eda de ionizacion biconica. Los diagramas de diagnosticos indican que la radiacion que fotoioniza los diferentes sistemas gaseosos corresponde a un continuo que puede ser representado por una ley de potencias.
