Se ha procedido a la catalogacion de mas de trescientas obras de carpinteria lo que ha permitido realizar una clasificacion tipologica, un estudio global de tipo estructural y decorativo y un amplio archivo fotografico.  la mayoria de las obras estudiadas se encuentran localizadas en las iglesias parroquiales y fueron realizadas en el siglo xvi, aunque muchas de ellas fueron reformadas y restauradas posteriormente.
