Se ha dise\u00f1ado una estrategia para la preparacion de eteres ciclicos disustituidos en las posiciones adyacentes al atomo de oxigeno del eter. El control estereoquimico viene dado por una reaccion de hetero diels-alder catalizada por acidos de lewis, entre un dieno monoactivado y un aldehido.  2. Se han optimizado las condiciones experimentales, encontrandose que, dependiendo del acido de lewis, la reaccion procede a traves de un mecanismo periciclico, o a traves de un mecanismo aldolico tipo mukaiyama.  bf3.Et2o en eter mostro ser el acido de lewis mas eficaz para llevar a cabo la reaccion de hetero diels-alder con dienos monoactivados.  3. Se ha extendido la metodolog\u00eda a eteres ciclicos enantiomericamente puros, utilizando un aldehido quiral como heterodienofilo. De esta manera, se han preparado un cis-oxepano, un cis- y trans-oxocano y un cis- oxonano.  4.
