Luisa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Para la realizacion de esta tesis doctoral se han utilizado 20 cerebros humanos de edades comprendidas entre los 19 a 96 a\u00f1os, y un cerebro de mono adulto (macaca rhesus). Tras la extraccion de los hipocampos se les realizo las tecnicas de inmunohistoquimia con las proteinas ligantes del calcio. (Calbindina, calretinina y parvalbumina).  los resultados se dividieron en tres grupos (patron basico, patron de envejecimiento y patron atipico o alcoholico) y se comparo el hombre y el mono dentro de un contexto filogenetico.  como mas destacado se observo: en el patron basico con calbindina una intensa inmunorreactividad de la fascia dentada (granos), y de las celulas piramidales en ca2.  con calretinina se distinguio claramente dos plexos en la fascia dentada (supra e infragranular).  el analisis del hipocampo a lo largo de la vida demuestra que este patron basico no cambia con el envejecimiento normal.
