Para entender c\u00f3mo estas interacciones determinan la salida de una funci\u00f3n se estudia el sistema en fase gas, agreg\u00e1ndole mol\u00e9culas a su alrededor como para simular la presencia de un disolvente t\u00edpico (agua) de la fase condensada de los sistemas biol\u00f3gicos.  en este trabajo se aborda un estudio completo de las propiedades de varias mol\u00e9culas de inter\u00e9s biol\u00f3gico, entre las que se incluyen p-metoxifenetilamina (mpea), p-aminofenetilamina y 2-metoxi-4-(2-pro-penil) fenol (eugenol) y de los complejos con puente de hidr\u00f3geno que forman con agua en una expansi\u00f3n supers\u00f3nica llevado a cabo mediante un conjunto de t\u00e9cnicas espectrosc\u00f3picas. los estudios experimentales se han complementado con c\u00e1lculos ab initio basados en funcionales de densidad (dft).  entre los m\u00e9todos experimentales se puede citar lif (fluorescencia inducida por l\u00e1ser), ed (emisi\u00f3n dispersada), espectroscop\u00eda con resoluci\u00f3n de masas (rempi y r2pi), espectroscop\u00eda de hole burning, medidas de potenciales de ionizaci\u00f3n y energ\u00edas de fragmentaci\u00f3n que permiten caracterizar las propiedades m\u00e1s importantes de los complejos: espectros vibracionales del estado fundamental y excitado de las distintas especies presentes en la expansi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
