A cada caso se le hizo un estudio morfologico, uno morfometrico, dos de citometria (estatica y de flujo), un analisis de cuantificacion de la microvascularizacion y, finalmente, con los resultados obtenidos se realizo un amplio estudio estadistico; con idea de mejorar los criterios diagnosticos para esta patolog\u00eda. Los resultados y conclusiones mas significativas se resumen a continuacion. La dt del indice mitotico\/50 cga es la variable histologica que mas facilita la distincion entre lesiones benignas y malignas. Algunas texturas markovianas, que reflejan el estado de condensacion de la cromatina, y el area y forma nuclear muestran diferencias significativas en la secuencia hiperplasia-adenoma-carcinoma. Las hiperplasias no muestran patrones de adn aneuploides, mientras que los adenomas y carcinomas si, siendo mas frecuentes en estos ultimos. La densidad vascular disminuye en la secuencia hiperplasia-adenoma-carcinoma, mientras que las proporciones vasculares aumentan, de modo que el area total ocupada por los vasos aumenta significativamente en los carcinomas respecto a las lesiones benignas.
