Para ello se han utilizado dos enfoques teoricos importantes dentro de la literatura de juegos repetidos: los llamados efectos reputacion en juegos repetidos con informacion incompleta y la logica de la induccion hacia adelante en juegos repetidos con informacion completa.  los resultados que hemos obtenido muestran que los efectos reputacion se pueden utilizar para obtener una prediccion del pago de equilibrio para la parte que es capaz de construir su reputacion. Esto se consigue a traves del hecho de que existe una cota finita sobre el numero de periodos en equilibrio en los que cada parte intenta poner a prueba a su oponente y construirse su propia reputacion y en los que hay huelgas.  asimismo con argumentos de induccion hacia adelante, hemos obtenido que cuando el horizonte temporal tiende a infinito, el pago promedio para el sindicato en una negociacion salarial, en cualquier senda consistente con induccion hacia adelante es el salario preferido por este. Estos resultados revelan una cierta conexion entre la nocion de induccion hacia adelante (se\u00f1alizacion) y el enfoque de los efectos reputacion en los juegos repetidos con informacion
