En el primero de los trabajos se pretende aplicar el uso de reactivos solidos inmovilizados como fuente de una disolucion diluida de catalizador para la determinacion de aminoacidos. Se propone tambien la determinacion de bisulfito sodico de menadiona por reduccion con un lecho reactivo de zn y deteccion fluorescente. Se estudian la influencia correspondiente al medio de reaccion, temperatura, salinidad, etc.  la tesis se cierra con la determinacion biamperometrica indirecta de nitratos y nireitios con el sistema yodo\/yoduro como mediador. Los nitratos son fotorreducidos a nitritos por accion de una lampara de vapor de mercurio.
