Jose <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se determina la biodisponibilidad (bd) de ca y de cu en leche de mujer, leche de vaca y formulas para lactantes mediante la aplicacion de un metodo in vitro de estimacion de la bd, y se evalua la influencia de diferentes componentes de las formulas para lactantes (ca, p, proteinas, lactosa y acido citrico) sobre la misma. Se propone un micrometodo para la leche de mujer.  no existen diferencias significativas entre la bd de ca de las distintas formulas analizadas, excepto para las de inicio. La cantidad de ca que dializa de las formulas para lactantes es funcion del origen proteico mayoritario.  se propone un modelo matematico de prediccion de la bd de ca en funcion del contenido proteico de las formulas para lactantes que permite explicar en un 89.65% los porcentajes de dialisis obtenidos.  la bd de ca y de cu de leche de mujer, leche de vaca y formulas para lactantes se estima utilizando el porcentaje de dialisis y la solubilidad (fraccion del total de elemento soluble).
