Pilar <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo estudiamos 183 mujeres diagnosticadas de carcinoma ductal invasor tratadas con mastectomia radical y diseccion axilar. De los resultados obtenidos tras estudio histologico, inmunohistoquimico y citometrico, asi como de las correlaciones de cada uno de los parametros se desprenden las siguientes conclusiones:  &#8211; parametros esenciales en el diagnostico anatomopatologico de rutina lo constituyen: el tama\u00f1o natural, el numero de ganglios metastasicos y el grado de scarff-bloom. Con estos tres parametros basicos podemos definir tres grupos de bajo, medio y alto riesgo con valor pronostico demostrado. &#8211; La recurrencia del tumor y la presencia de metastasis esta correlacionada estadisticamente con nivel de riesgo elevado. -La supervivencia esta correlacionada estadisticamente con la citofotometria estatica (cfm). Supervivencias medias entre 3 y 10 a\u00f1os se asocian a cfm aneuploides y supervivencias mas elevadas (mayor de 10 a\u00f1os) se presentan en cfm diploides. &#8211; Tanto por citometria estatica como de flujo se obtienen los mismos resultados bien diploides bien aneuploides. -La citometria de flujo y el pcna se asocian significativamente, asi valores de pcna&lt;25%, la cfm es generalmente diploide. Por contra valores de pcna elevados hay una proporcion similar de diploides y aneuploides.  -los resultados de c-erb-2 y el receptor del interferon se manifiestan relacionados significativamente. Un n.
