La molecula catalizadora, talocianina de niquel tetrasulfonada, se incorpora al mismo por compensacion electroestatica. La tecnica empleada, cronoamperometria a potencial controlado permite controlar el tama\u00f1o de pelicula polimerica obtenida y de los moles de talocianina incorporados al electrodo de una manera reproducible. Con un estudio espectroscopico de absorcion molecular en uva-visible se demuestra la incorporacion y la estabilidad en distintos medios de control de la pelicula polimerica generada y con un estudio de espectroscopia de barrido electronico se analiza su morfolog\u00eda. Los electrodos se utilizan para la deteccion electrocatalitica, medida por voltamperometria ciclica y voltamperometria diferencial de impulsos de distintos antioxidantes de tipo fenolico empleados en la industria de los alimentos, obteniendo con ambas tecnicas unos limites de deteccion de ppm. Los metodos desarrollados se emplean con exito en la determinacion de dichos antioxidantes en muestras diversas de alimentos de consumo habitual.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
