Pilar <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se han estudiado diversos materiales (asga pin con diferentes dopantes y capas epitaxiales con tres tecnicas experimentales: espectroscopia raman, ataque quimico y microscopia por salto de fase (psm).  el pin presenta una fuerte fotogeneracion de portadores cuando se la excita con luz laser, esta generacion es debida a la baja velocidad de recombinacion en superficie y esta limitada por la presencia de dislocaciones y da\u00f1o en superficie, ademas este material presenta una gran tendencia a la oxidacion en contactos con la atmosfera.  presenta distintos grados de homogeneidad dependiendo del dopante.  se han estudiado las diferentes morfolog\u00edas de defectos en asga: si para fundidos ricos en as y ricos en ga. El primero presenta elevaciones despues del ataque quimico y el segundo depresiones. Estos datos fueron correlacionados con los resultados raman. Cuando el dopante es te se produce una distorsion reticular mucho mayor.  los defectos tipicos de las capas epitaxiales son los ovales; les hay sin nucleo o con el.
