Estos atomos poseen siete electrones de Valencia y ademas, no todos sus niveles estan bien descritos en el esquema de acoplamiento ls utilizado hasta ahora sino que lo estan en el denominado jcl. Por tanto, este estudio arranca con dos claros objetivos.
