La segunda fase sirve para fenomenos con duracion de varios segundos como: arranques, variacion de velocidad, resonancia mecanica y variacion brusca de carga.  para las dos fases, se han desarrollado los correspondientes programas informaticos en turbo-pascal 6.0 para su funcionamiento en pc.  se han fabricado 4 prototipos que van desde 200 kw hasta 2200 kw, los cuales han sido instalados en aplicaciones reales. En la tesis se estudia y expone con detalle el motor de 1000 kw, 1000 rpm, 600 v y 50 hz en versiones trifasico y exafasico, con su correspondiente linea completa de ejes.  el desarrollo es totalmente
