En esta misma fraccion sinaptosomal, la actividad de la pga i presenta cambios con el desarrollo paralelos al resto del sistema de la trh. Al contrario en las fracciones nucleares, citosolicas y en los homogenados siguen unos patrones de desarrollo antiparalelos al resto del sistema de la trh. Estos resultados podrian sugerir la implicacion de estos enzimas en el desarrollo del snc, y que pueden tener diferentes funciones dependiendo de la region y de la fraccion subcelular en que se
