Jes\u00fas <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El trabajo de investigacion que se recoge en la presente memoria tiene, como objetivo principal, el desarrollo de metodos analiticos para la determinacion de los diureticos sulfonamidicos: indapamida, xipamida y bumetanida en formulaciones y muestras de orina de voluntarios sanos y pacientes hipertensos. La oxidacion de estos diureticos sobre electrodos de base carbono ha permitido el desarrollo de metodos voltamperometricos y cromatograficos (cromatografia liquida de alta resolucion con deteccion amperometrica, hplc-ec).  se ha puesto a punto un procedimiento mediante extraccion solido-liquido para el tratamiento de las muestras de orinas que ha proporcionado porcentajes de recuperacion para bumetanida muy superiores a los obtenidos mediante extraccion liquido-liquido.  la cromatografia liquida con deteccion amperometrica, junto con un procedimiento de extraccion solido-liquido, ha demostrado poseer suficiente sensibilidad y selectividad para la determinacion de estos diureticos en sus concentraciones habituales de orina para el screening de los farmacos estudiados.
