La reaccion o(3p)+o2 interviene en mecanismos de formacion de ozono recientemente propuestos y es fundamental para establecer la composicion quimica en el frente de choque de los transbordadores espaciales en su reentrada en la atmosfera. En estas reacciones, y en general en los procesos atmosfericos, las condiciones energeticas de las especies quimicas implicadas responden a situaciones de no equilibrio termico por lo que, para su estudio, es preciso recurrir a metodolog\u00edas de la dinamica molecular de reacciones quimicas.  un elemento esencial en el estudio teorico de la reactividad es la superficie de energia potencial. Se presenta una nueva forma funcional para establecer superficies de reacciones quimicas elementales. El modelo, denominado lagrobo (largest angle generalization of the rotating bond order), esta basado, en el marco de la formulacion mpe (many process expansion), en un modelo rotante en el espacio definido por las coordenadas de orden de enlace. La sencillez de las funciones propuestas asi como su claro significado fisico dotan al modelo de una gran flexibilidad. El modelo lagrobo ha sido desarrollado con la superficie de la reaccion li+fh.
