Se sintetizaron dos sistemas funcionalizados: particulas ps\/s-aa, y particulas pmma\/ps. De esta manera se observara el efecto de la estructura superficial en la formacion del enlace covalente. Posteriormente, las particulas de latex se sensibilizaron con inmunoglobulina g humana utilizando diferentes procesos de sensibilizacion.  se realizaron ensayos de inmunorreactividad con los inmunolatex preparados, tomando como referencia un inmunolatex de poliestireno. Ambos sistemas funcionan satisfactoriamente en la deteccion del factor reumatoideo. Los latex con mayor cantidad de igg en lazada covalentemente en su superficie presentaron la maxima respuesta inmunologica hasta despues de transcurrido un a\u00f1o de almacenamiento del reactivo. Las particulas pmma\/ps, a pesar de tener menor cantidad de proteina en superficie, resultaron igualmente utiles.  estos resultados corresponden con una buena estabilidad del reactivo sin desorcion de
