{"id":136295,"date":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/copolimerizacion-en-dispersion-de-estireno-y-acrilato-de-butilo-en-medio-polar\/"},"modified":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"copolimerizacion-en-dispersion-de-estireno-y-acrilato-de-butilo-en-medio-polar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/copolimerizacion-en-dispersion-de-estireno-y-acrilato-de-butilo-en-medio-polar\/","title":{"rendered":"Copolimerizacion en dispersion de estireno y acrilato de butilo en medio polar."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Saenz Rodrigo Jos\u00e9 Miguel <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se ha estudiado la copolimerizacion en dispersion de estireno y acrilato de butilo en medio etanol-agua, con el fin de: i) obtener particulas con tama\u00f1o de micras y monodispersas; y ii) estudiar los efectos de las diferentes variables de reaccion en la distribucion de tama\u00f1os de particula y en la cinetica de reaccion.  con el fin de determinar la region de condiciones experimentales en la que es posible preparar estas particulas monodispersas, se estudiaron las siguientes variables: concentracion inicial de monomero, concentracion de estabilizador, concentracion de iniciador, polaridad del medio de dispersion y temperatura.  se observo que el incremento de la purga de nitrogeno, asi como la purificacion de monomero es esencial a la hora de obtener monodispersidad. La polidispersidad de la distribucion de tama\u00f1os de particula se vio afectada por la temperatura, concentracion de estabilizador, relacion de comonomeros y etanol\/agua. Se obtuvieron particulas monodispersas en un rango de tama\u00f1os de 1,1-3,7 micras.  los resultados obtenidos se explican en base al mecanismo de nucleacion agregativa.  el estudio de la cinetica de copolimerizacion condujo a plantear un mecanismo para la etapa de crecimiento basado en la competencia entre la polimerizacion en la fase continua (polimerizacion en solucion) y en particulas
