para las aberraciones esferica longitudinal, cromatica longitudinal y esferocromatica, todas ellas hasta el quinto orden, para sistemas opticos con simetria de revolucion alrededor del eje.  dichas formulas se aplican posteriormente al estudio de la aberracion esferica longitudinal, hasta el quinto orden, en un doblete pegado formado por lentes delgadas, acromatico y con focal unitaria, y a la obtencion de las combinaciones que estan corregidas de dicha aberracion, a las cuales se les da la denominacion de dobletes tangentes.  despues se calculan las aberraciones cromatica longitudinal y esferocromatica para las citadas combinaciones, asi como su coma sagital y el cumplimiento de la condicion del seno abbe, de cuyos resultados se desprende que los dobletes tangentes cumplen la condicion de aplanatismo.  a continuacion se deducen teoricamente las expresiones matematicas que permiten estudiar la estabilidad de la aberracion esferica hasta el quinto orden en los dobletes tangentes, cuando se producen variaciones en los numeros de abbe de las lentes, en sus indices o en sus radios.  tambien se hace un estudio comparativo de los resultados obtenidos con este metodo y los calculados mediante la formula exacta, extrayendose la conclusion de que la aproximacion lineal da buenos resultados para peque\u00f1as variaciones de los parametros fisicos del sistema.  por ultimo, se evalua la calidad de los dobletes segun su funcion de transferencia de modulacion, tanto mediante la aproximacion geometrica como con la teoria difraccional; encontrandose que, en todos los casos estudiados, la calidad de los dobletes tangentes es superior a la de aquellos que no poseen la cualidad de tangencia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
