Se ha caracterizado la evolucion de un zener durante mas de un a\u00f1o, con el que se ha participado en una comparacion internacional, obteniendo excelentes resultados.  se ha dise\u00f1ado, construido y puesto en funcionamiento una instalacion para medidas de efecto hall cuantico cuya finalidad es la caracterizacion de muestras hall y la realizacion de medidas de caracter basico. Se ha dise\u00f1ado, construido y puesto en funcionamiento un puente de medida de resistencias basado en el ccc, estudiando su funcionamiento y deduciendo una serie de expresiones tanto para la sensibilidad como para la incertidumbre en corriente. En funcion de estas expresiones se han deducido una serie de reglas de dise\u00f1o para su optimizacion.
