{"id":136376,"date":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/analisis-biomecanico-de-la-marcha-en-rampa\/"},"modified":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"analisis-biomecanico-de-la-marcha-en-rampa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/analisis-biomecanico-de-la-marcha-en-rampa\/","title":{"rendered":"Analisis biomecanico de la marcha en rampa."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Evangelina Cepero Moreno <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El analisis de la marcha normal y patologica es uno de los principales temas de estudio en el campo de la rehabilitacion medica existiendo una gran cantidad de bibliografia sobre la marcha en terreno llano, sin embargo apenas existen referencias sobre la marcha en rampa ya sea en ascenso o, aun mas escasas, en descenso.  el objetivo general de este trabajo es contribuir al mejor conocimiento de una actividad tan cotidiana y fundamental como es la marcha normal, tanto en terreno llano como en desnivel, para su aplicacion en el analisis de las marchas patologicas, tanto en su deteccion como seguimiento posterior, asi como conocer sus posibles implicaciones terapeuticas.  la poblacion estudiada es de 44 sujetos, sin patolog\u00eda, con una edad media de 20,5 a\u00f1os. Las exploraciones realizadas fueron basicamente: antropometria, electromiografia de ocho musculos de miembro inferior y analisis tridimensional del movimiento articular, tanto en llano como en ascenso y descenso de rampa de 15% de inclinacion.  se comprueba, entre otros hallazgos que, en relacion a la marcha en llano, en ascenso de rampa se incrementa el periodo de apoyo, con un mayor recorrido articular en cadera, rodilla y tobillo, lo que conlleva a una mayor actividad muscular en el ascenso. Observando tambien una tendencia a aumentar el rango de inclinacion pelviana y la rotacion escapular.  en el descenso de rampa, con respecto a la marcha en llano, se incrementa el periodo oscilante, disminuyendo la amplitud del recorrido articular de cadera y aumentando el recorrido flexor de rodilla, tambien se observa una tendencia a aumentar la inclinacion pelviana, mientras disminuye la rotacion escapular; en cuanto a la intensidad y actuacion muscular existen, en general, menos diferencias, en relacion al terreno llano, excepto el cuadriceps que incrementa considerablemente su
