{"id":136419,"date":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/efecto-del-entrenamiento-de-fuerza-en-jugadores-de-balonmano-adolescentes\/"},"modified":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"efecto-del-entrenamiento-de-fuerza-en-jugadores-de-balonmano-adolescentes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/efecto-del-entrenamiento-de-fuerza-en-jugadores-de-balonmano-adolescentes\/","title":{"rendered":"Efecto del entrenamiento de fuerza en jugadores de balonmano adolescentes."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Pilar Iturralde Adrian <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>25 adolescentes (15.09 +- 0.5 a\u00f1os, 21.52 +- 5.89 nmol.1-1 de testosterona serica total), jugadores de balonmano de un mismo equipo, fueron divididos en tres grupos: gnf (n=9; 4 veces por semana entrenamiento de balonmano), gf (n=9; idem que gnf mas 2 sesiones\/semana de fuerza resistencia durante 8 semanas y de fuerza maxima durante 6 semanas) y gc (n=4; grupo control, formado por los porteros).El programa de entrenamiento de fuerza consistio en 2 sesiones semanales de 5 ejercicios dinamicos (3 de piernas y 2 de brazos), con cargas comprendidas entre el 40, 50 y 60% de 1-rm en fuerza resistencia y entre 80 y el 90% de 1-rm en fuerza maxima.Despues del entrenamiento de fuerza maxima, el grupo gf aumento significativamente la fuerza maxima isometrica y dinamica del cuadriceps y la fuerza maxima dinamica y explosiva de brazos mientras que en los grupos gnf y gc no se observaron ganancias significativas. Tras el entrenamiento de fuerza maxima, el grupo gc aumento significativamente y el gnf presento tendencia cercana a la significacion a aumentar el ratio testosterona\/cortisol, sin embargo el gf no vario este balance hormonal.  tras el entrenamiento de fuerza resistencia y de fuerza maxima, el grupo gnf presento una disminucion significativa de la concentracion de lactato sanguineo corriendo a 11 km.H-1, reflejo de mejora de la capacidad aerobica, mientras que en los grupos gf y gc no se observo dicha disminucion.  estos resultados sugieren que el entrenamiento de fuerza maxima se acompa\u00f1o de adaptaciones especificas significativas.
