Se han seleccionado las sales a utilizar atendiendo al efecto salino capaz de producir sobre el sistema y a la facilidad de recuperacion de la sal por fusion con vistas a utilizarla en circuito cerrado, en un proceso continuo.  se ha desarrollado un modelo termodinamico que se basa en admitir la asociacion de la sal con los disolventes. Este modelo permite el calculo de los coeficientes de actividad de los dos pseudocomponentes (etanol-sal y agua-sal).  para el estudio de la destilacion extractiva, se ha elegido una instalacion de rectificacion convencional, a la que se ha acoplado un dispositivo de dise\u00f1o propio para la recuperacion de la sal por fusion y su posterior alimentacion a la
