El estudio centra su atenci\u00f3n en la influencia sobre &#8211; de los procesos t\u00e9rmicos a alta temperatura, particularmente las difusiones y oxidaciones en tubo de cuarzo, as\u00ed como la creaci\u00f3n de emisores partiendo de pasta dopante serigr\u00e1fica. Tambi\u00e9n se presta atenci\u00f3n al paso de los sustratos por la l\u00ednea h\u00fameda, que marca las condiciones de limpieza o contaminaci\u00f3n de las superfiecies al iniciar el proceso t\u00e9rmico.
