Bego\u00f1a <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se describe la sintesis y purificacion de la 3,5-dimetil-4-isoxazolil-acetoamidoxina. Para su caracterizacion se realizan ensayos de solubilidad y estudios espectroscopicos por uv-visible, i.R., raman-laser, r.M.N. Y masas. Un segundo apartado lo constituye la determinacion de las constantes acido-base empleandose a tal fin tecnicas: potenciometricas, espectrofotometricas y termometricas, suministrando estas ultimas los valores adicionales de entalpia, entropia y energia libre. Todos los valores han sido refinados por empleo de programas adecuados: minipot, miniterm y miniquad.  por ultimo se realiza un estudio de las posibilidades analiticas del reactivo examinando su reaccionabilidad frente a 60 iones inorganicos resultando un reactivo muy sensible y poco selectivo, por lo cual se proponen ensayos para mejora de la selectividad.
