Utilizamos un panel de sondas centrom\u00e9ricas espec\u00edficas para los cromosomas 8,9,11 y 17. A todos los casos se les realiz\u00f3 estudio de citometr\u00eda de flujo del adn (cf).  resultados  la mayor\u00eda de los casos (64,5%) fueron polis\u00f3micos en el estudio de fish. La monosom\u00eda cromos\u00f3mica fue rara (2-8%).En el 20,5% de los tumores se observ\u00f3 ganancia de alguno de los cromosomas estudiados, mientras que no existi\u00f3 p\u00e9rdida cromos\u00f3mica en ning\u00fan caso. Se observ\u00f3 heterogeneidad de las se\u00f1ales de hibridaci\u00f3n en todos los cromosomas.En el estudio de cf, 13 tumores fueron diploides (\u00edndice de adn, iadn: 1,00), mientras que 37 casos (74%) mostraron aneuploid\u00eda del adn (aidn &lt; \u00f3 &gt;1,00; medida; 1,51).Se observaron diferentes grados de aneusom\u00eda en los mismos cromosomas en los tumores aneuploides. La magnitud de las alteraciones en los diferentes cromosomas y el n\u00famero de cromosomas afectados variaron mucho en los tumores diploides y aneuploides. Globalmente, existi\u00f3 correlaci\u00f3n estad\u00edstica entre el iadn por cf y la presencia de alteraci\u00f3n cromos\u00f3mica por fish -(p=0,005). sin embargo, no se encontraron diferencias significativas al estudiar las variables citogen\u00e9ticas en relaci\u00f3n a los par\u00e1metros cl\u00ednico-patol\u00f3gicos (localizaci\u00f3n y tama\u00f1o del tumor, estadio tnm y grado de diferenciaci\u00f3n histol\u00f3gico).El modelo de regresi\u00f3n log\u00edstica multivariante de cos, demostr\u00f3 que los tumores con aneusom\u00eda del cromosoma 8 \u00f3
