La construccion del modelo se basa en la orientacion a los clientes, las personas y los procesos principales de creaci\u00f3n de valor apoyados en la tecnolog\u00eda de la informaci\u00f3n. Una empresa para ser flexible debe estar completamente centrada en el cliente y en sus necesidades, ya que si estos cambian, la empresa debe cambiar con ellas. tambien es necesario, para conseguir flexibilidad, conocer y simplificar al m\u00e1ximo los procesos principales de creacion de valor. Es fundamental, para aumentar la capacidad de respuesta, potenciar al m\u00e1ximo al personal de la empresa, ya que es este el que tiene que estar cerca del cliente, y el que debe estar al frente de la realizacion optima de las actividades de los procesos principales. Tambien es de una importancia crucial que estos conceptos se apoyan en la utilizacion de la tecnolog\u00eda de la informacion como herramienta fundamental de su
