La fase de larva fue la mas sensible de las estudiadas frente a los hongos ensayados, presentando un incremento de la sensibilidad con la edad.  la fase de huevo fue la mas resistente, presentando un comportamiento irregular, sin que se pudiese establecer una clara relacion sensibilidad-edad o dosis-mortalidad.  de los hongos ensayados, beauveria bassiana arsef 1966, aspergillus ochraceus, rhizopus thailandensis y curvularia lunata ademas de inhibir la oviposicion en parte de las hembras tratadas con ellos, fueron los unicos hongos ensayados capaces de desarrollar un proceso fungico sobre las mismas. Estos cuatro hongos provocaron ademas, altos porcentajes de mortalidad en la fase de larva, mientras que en la fase de huevo, a pesar de su comportamiento irregular provocaron porcentajes de
