Los indices de parasitacion han sido del 20,72%, 2,70% y 1,64% respectivamente. En 73 animales se realizaron improntas de visceras y organos que fueron te\u00f1idos con la misma tecnica y tambien mediante inmunofluorescencia indirecta, determinando la presencia de ooquistes en el 17% de los animales.  se ha observado una correspondencia en los resultados obtenidos mediante tincion e inmunofluorescencia indirecta, tanto en heches como en visceras y organos.
