Los procesos de transformaci\u00f3n de los sistemas educativos), en particular del sistema de educaci\u00f3n superior del estado de sonora y su principal ies: la universidad de sonora se propone, tambi\u00e9n, mostrar la necesidad (pol\u00edtica, educativa, cient\u00edfica y tecnol\u00f3gica) de transformaci\u00f3n de los sistemas de ense\u00f1anza, investigaci\u00f3n y aprendizaje que a este nivel educativo &#8212;  &#8212; cerrados, y que requieren de formas abiertas, flexibles en cuanto a estructuras acad\u00e9micas curriculares, para as\u00ed afrontar las exigencias y presiones que de cambio se visualizan en el mundo por los efectos de la globalizaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica y de una revoluci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica y tecnol\u00f3gica que, en cuanto fen\u00f3menos propios de la realidad cambiante, influyeron en todos los sentidos de la vida.  finalmente se analiza la problem\u00e1tica de las funciones sustantivas (docencia, investigaci\u00f3n, difusi\u00f3n y extensi\u00f3n) que las ies desarrollan mediante los esfuerzos (did\u00e1cticos, pedag\u00f3gicos, psicol\u00f3gicos, \u00e9ticos y moral) de sus trabajadores acad\u00e9micos desde la perspectiva metodol\u00f3gica de la evaluaci\u00f3n institucional, con el objetivo \u00faltimo de formular una propuesta de modelo did\u00e1ctico de \u00abense\u00f1ar investigando\u00bb para el desarrollo integral de las funciones
