Se establece una metodolog\u00eda de calculo de prevision de la se\u00f1al generada sobre el detector por la interferencia de los campos de luz dispersada en un velocimetro de doble haz. Los programas de ordenador desarrollados determinan los parametros de se\u00f1al doppler relacionados con el tama\u00f1o para haces uniformes o de perfil gaussiano.  la relacion visibilidad\/tama\u00f1o de particula se somete a un analisis sistematico de influencia de los distintos parametros significativos del sistema de medida, a partir de los calculos de prevision.  parte de los resultados se han verificado experimentalmente. Se aporta ademas una interpretacion semi-cuantitativa, bastante general, de los efectos observados. El estudio permite determinar curvas visibilidad\/tama\u00f1o para cualquier equipo de medida y establece criterios para seleccionar configuraciones adecuadas y controlar los parametros que establecen
